A lil Poem..
If you treasure the beauty
that shows all around you
and try to add some of your own,
Enjoy the companionship
others can give you,
yet value your moments alone…
If you honor opinions
that differ from yours,
yet stand up for what you believe,
Admire the accomplishments
others have made,
and take pride in what you can achieve…
If you love those around you
and love yourself, too,
if your spirit is eager and free…
Then you know what it means
to live life to the fullest
and be the best "you" you can be.
The challenge we all have today is finding time to live!
*Well, anyone reading this article is alive, obviously.
*But do you feel alive?
*Do you feel like you are living and enjoying life?
*Are you numbed by job stress or high demands of an
over-booked schedule, seldom having time to enjoy
some of life’s simple pleasures?
If you belong to this category, I would like to
recommend a change. It’s called “live in the moment”.
Take time to smell the roses, look at the sunset, sit for a
minute andlisten carefully to the sounds around you. Hold
hands with someone. We all know the concept. But, I’d bet
thatyou are just like me and have spent time cheating
yourself out of those precious moments.
I’m sure you will all agree with me, that life is too short.
So, take advantage of every given moment. Give yourself
the gift of “living life to the fullest.”
For me I decided to do these and i'm finding life more lovely:
Begin each day with gratitude.
Sit quietly for a few minutes and notice the beauty of
the day.
Hear the sounds of the morning.
Be aware of everything you are experiencing.
See what new things you can discover in your daily routine.
Discover wonderful new sights, sounds, tastes and
sensations where you’ve been everyday and just too busy
to notice.
Do something I’ve always wanted to do, but have never
taken the time to do before.
Share these joyful moments with a loved one or a friend.
Smile and laugh. They are cherished by everyone, so is
companionship.
Be in the moment.
Enjoy that moment.
Once you have treated yourself to this new exercises too,
you will begin your journey to living life to the fullest!

Avoiding The Minus People
Have you noticed how easy it is to destroy than to
build, be negative than be positive, be reactive than
proactive? Since it is such a “negative” world out
there, the last thing you need is hanging around the
“Minus People”. This is because as their name depicts,
they always deduct from you and most of the time they
do so unknowingly and sincerely! There are basically
two categories:
Group 1
The first are people who have a toxic effect on anyone
that they come in contact with and since you need no
special training to be a Minus person, their contagious
mindset affects you easily. They have a tendency to
increase the entropy of their environment.
Minuses are not only people with pessimistic opinions that we
come in contact with. They can also be what we listen to,
watch or feed into our minds from literature. Most of the news
networks are good examples. Proverbs say to guard our
hearts with all diligence for out it are the issues of life and
that we speak from the abundance of our hearts. Our eyes
and ears especially are the gateways to our hearts and it is
wisdom to filter what we allow in via these entrances.
Now back to the first category of minus people.
Here are some pointers to these folks:
* They see the world as one big problem and in their
eyes you are included!
*They are pros when it comes to identifying little
problems no matter how well things are going.
*You come up with a great idea and they give you 10
reasons why it won’t and can’t work and they say it
with such cynicism.
*Usually, correcting their mindset takes time and
effort.
So for now, considering that you are on a journey
called success;the best thing to do is to run away from
them as fast as you as far as you can. Proverbs says to
walk with the wise. If you do, you become wise. A
companion of fools will be destroyed. Generally, you
become like those you spend time with - at no extra
cost.
Group 2
The second group consists of those that do not say
harmful things but neither do they say things that
benefit you or energize your emotions towards doing
things of worth. This group is deadlier simply because
they are “harmless”.
Do you have such people in your life?
If you are not sure, here’s how you can spot them:
*They usually take a lot of your time and energy and
after a couple of hours together you wonder why time
has passed so quickly and even wonder more why you
have not derived anything in beneficial from your time
together.
*They talk about everything else except those
things that are profitable or of value.
* If you ask what they have been up to lately, they
“nothing much” or I just dey or something implying they
have really not been progressing in life.
*They have no enthusiasm and take each day as it comes.
I’m sure examples of such people are springing up in your
mind right now. The amazing thing is that you enjoy the
unfruitful time together and this is why I said they are even
more dangerous. This group eats away only your time and
they are also unproductive in their own lives too.
A simple way of avoiding this people is to say you’ve got
something important to do after exchanging pleasantries
and leave immediately.
The truth is time passes so it is now left for us to either
maximize the time on our hands doing purposeful things or
just let it slip away.
In avoiding minuses, there are no rooms for sentiment!
Immediately you realize that someone is one of the Minus
people – whether friend or family, you flee. Simple, uh?
In reality, it is easier said than done because the people
we love the most oftentimes belong to this group. To avoid
minus people, we must realize we have a choice. We decide
what we want in our lives knowing fully well that indecision
is simply a decision to do nothing about a situation. Once you
see that someone is negative in his outlook to everything,
make up your mind to part ways with the person. By doing
this, you do your future a huge favor.

What makes a "great thinker?"
Are We Born To Be Great Thinkers?
What makes a "great thinker?" A high I.Q.? A
university education? Are we born to be great thinkers,
or do we learn it? Actually, anyone can be a great
thinker. Sure, some of history's so-called "thinkers"
had genius-level I.Q. and schooling, but most were
normal people who needed or wanted to find solutions
to everyday questions.
Key to Great Thoughts
The key to discovery of great thoughts lies in one
word:
PERMISSION.
Give yourself permission to think "outside the box."
Daydream. Fantasize. Doodle. Meditate. And never
think your ideas are dumb or worthless!
Many of the world's greatest thinkers were laughed
at. But imagine what our world if people like Philo T.
Farnsworth, a farm boy from Idaho, hadn't dreamed up
television.
• Who do you know that you think is a great thinker?
• Who always has amazing ideas?
• Who comes up with solutions to problems no one
else thinks of?
Next time you see them, ask them how they do it.As from
the next posts, i will begin a series on some Great Thinkers
to inspire us- some famous, some not. All of them have two
things in common:
They started life with huge challenges - lack of education,
problems at home, poverty - and they all overcame life's
challenges by giving themselves permission to dream.
This is a series on some great thinkers that have shaped
our world. I hope we’ll all be motivated to emulate them.

VISION
Visions come in the process of deep thinking or
meditating
Perception – seeing what is now with the eye of
reality
Probability – seeing what will be with the eye of
discernment
Possibility – seeing what can be with the eye of
vision
I see what I am prepared to see
What I see is what I can be
What I see is what I get
We all live under the same sky but we do not all
have the same horizon.
Different ways of THINKING
According to Leadership expert and author John C.
Maxwell, these are the different types of thinking:
Big Picture thinking
Focused thinking
Creative thinking
Realistic thinking
Strategic thinking
Possibility thinking
Reflective thinking
Unpopular thinking
Shared thinking
Unselfish thinking
Bottom-Line thinking
Improving my thinking impacts my beliefs which
change my expectations which affect my attitude which
changes my behavior which improves my performance
and that will change my life.
Big Picture thinking, Creative thinking, Bottom line
thinking and Realistic thinking are my favorites. Let me
know what your favorites are.

From 'Poor' to 'RICH'! 3
Thanks for reading this far...
By now you should begin to realize that this is a life
or death battle in the fight for your personal financial
and time FREEDOM.
It takes courage and it requires strength to win this
fight. If you're an employee you've given up your
choices... someone tells you how much you make, when
you go home, if you get sacked (downsized) etc.
You are fighting to be in control of your own choices.
Think about it this way, your boss or your supervisor is
a bully telling you how to run your life.
And, the more security you "need", the less freedom
you have. I hate to be blunt, but if you are needy, you
are weak. And if you're weak, you won't have the
strength nor the courage to win the fight for your freedom.
We already discussed how FEAR is the main reason why
more people don't start their own businesses.
I challenge you to get the courage to not care about what
others think. To gain the mental and emotional toughness
to withstand the world of 'big business'. You must learn
how to make the yourself stronger.
If you want to be succesful today, you have to develop
the mental, emotional, and core toughness and get the
necessary education for running a 'big business'.
You deserve your freedom, that's one of the things being
rich is about. Fight for your rights and stand up for
yourself. Don't let others decide your choices or your
lifestyle for you.
Finally,
Please surround yourself with friends and
family who want you to become rich and above all,
adopt a positive attitude towards money... and get
educated about how to grow your business.
If you want to be rich, "MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS".
Stop asking for permission and take control of your life
... You really do need to get stronger today!
